Cupboard first sanded down then base painted in white. Other colours then layered on top. Surface rubbed using cloth. Gold cream rubbed into the edges and a gold stamp used on the drawers and the doors. Finished by waxing providing protection. Old and distressed effect produced

Wardrobe Makeover

Breakfast Bar

Pedestals made of paper mache and covered with plaster. Painted in saffron with blue dry brushed on the top. Then gold cream rubbed onto the surface and coated with protective varnish. Top of bar made of MDF covered in mosiac tiles  to match floor tiles

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Spanish Wardrobe

Dark Oak wardrobe was sanded then lightly painted in lime green. Liming wax was then rubbed onto the surface. Gold leaf squares were then placed onto several of the raised square areas on the wardrobe. Gold cream was then rubbed onto the edges to give an authentic look.

Fire Place

A brick fire place was transformed by using white cement tinted with pink colouring, to cover the bricks and placing mirrored  tiles along the top. The top of the fireplace was then covered with Indian lacy fabric in blue, with a red background. It was then glazed with an acrylic varnish.
